Amaia Skies Project

As I’ve mentioned in my very first post here, I have a part time job in real estate. So for my first entry about my part time job, I’ll talk about Amaia Skies.

Maybe you’ll be asking about the property developer. Sometimes when I talk about a certain condominium or house & lot project, people ask first on who’s the developer. So for the benefit of those who aren’t familiar of Amaia Skies, Amaia Skies is a project of Amaia Land Corp. that is owned subsidiary of Ayala Land Inc. that offers comprehensive reasonable market section.

Why invest in Amaia Skies projects?

Amaia Land Corp. has five (5) pillars on their projects to be able to cater valuable improvement to people.

(1) Wide reach.. near business establishments. Accessible within 3-5km from commuters (bus hubs, MRT Station, jeepney terminal); (2) One of a kind design of community model, modern house concepts, and sense of spaciousness; (3) Durability and reliability of construction; (4) Payment options are easy and very accessible sales offices; and last, (5) Visualized and organized the area or environment of the community as functioning network provisions for development.

With those five (5) factors, you’ll see the worth of your money through the comfort that Amaia Skies will bring. It will bring you to your destination as the location of the projects is surrounded with your preferred transportation. It will also give you the lifestyle that suits your personality as well as the most needed establishments that cater your basic needs.

So given all those words, I would like to inform you that I’m currently handling the Amaia Skies project that includes mid rise and high condominium. It is one of the affordable condominiums in the Philippines that you would like to consider as an investment in the near future.

If you have inquiries, you may contact me at 0926-6724542 or 0919-6217033 and look for LYN SUAREZ.

I’ll be looking forward to interact with you anytime soon and of course, I’ll be the first one to be happy to see you in your future home in one of the Amaia Skies projects.

The beginning is always the hardest

The beginning is always the hardest. I’ve failed many times in such a way that I’ve learned and STILL learning in the most difficult way. It has always been the exact theme kept on coming over and over again. No matter how many changes I create, it seems that what I really wanted isn’t really something for me.

Sometimes I think I’m hopeless. Seeing my friends and other people getting themselves on a fancy job, here I am, still chasing my dream. No matter how hard I try, there’s always a feeling that I need to fit myself into a world that it’s not for me. My mind tells me to stop but my heart tells me to keep moving forward.

What I realized about beginnings are these:

Startups are not easy. Nothing prestigious about taking this path. It needs a lot of hard work and patience in dealing with those challenges in the beginning.

There’s no easy way. You need to sacrifice every thing and any thing that makes you comfortable. In short, you need to step out of your comfort zone. You must not be comfortable in this path because getting what you wanted can’t be attain in an easy mode.

Lastly, you need to sweat, bleed, cry, persevere, and fight daily. Believe that what you wanted is really worth the wait. You need to take a RISK. You need to have a lot of FAITH, PATIENCE, and HARD WORK

Faith that it will work out in the end because the lane that you’re going to grasp is not like a walk in the park. It’s not. It’s really challenging. You need to have a lot of patience because it’s not everyday is a sunny day. Disappointments will always be there. Nothing can ever change that. And there’s no better way than hard work. If you put the effort in the work, time will give you a chance to shine. Simple.

Welcome to my Page!

Hi, I’m Lyn.

I decided to put up this blog because I would like to document each thought behind every captured moment in my day-to-day life. I wanted to remember and cherish good memories that this life has offering me, and I wanted to know everyone how much my passion and aspiration is pushing me to become a better one.  Through writing and taking photos, I’ll get to introduce myself to the world.

I have a full time job from Mondays to Fridays. Normal hour.. like 8:30am to 5:30pm. On the other hand, I have a part time job in real estate. Don’t worry, I won’t push you to buy a condominium or house and lot property. If you’re ONLY interested to get an investment, I’m just here to happily assist you.

They say every person has its own passion. Do you know what is mine?

FASHION! Fashion is my passion. Everyone knows how much I’m into fashion. If there’s one kind of book or blog that I won’t get tired reading of, it’s all about fashion. I always check the trend of clothes each season and how it is being mixed and matched. I wish I can also wear them in the Philippines but unfortunately, we only have two (2) seasons. I’m also inspired by other bloggers to pursue their interest because they can express themselves through their passion.

So I guess this is it for now.

I hope you can join me as I connect myself to the world through this online journal.

See you! 🙂
